Description

Rönnäs is a two-seater built around its arms. Each armrest is a solid oak plank, 12 centimetres wide and flat on top, so it works as a table for a book, a glass or a lamp. The frame below is oak as well, joined with visible wedged tenons at the corners. The seat is 60 centimetres deep and the back is angled for reading.

The cushions are covered in semi-aniline leather, which has a light protective finish and takes on a soft shine where it is used. Rönnäs suits a reading corner or a library wall, and it looks right next to a floor lamp and a stack of books. Designed by Mats Furuholm for Form & Furu.
