Description

Dockan is a sit-stand desk built for a full working day. The top is 160 by 80 centimetres in solid oak with a rounded front edge, and it travels between 64 and 128 centimetres on a two-motor steel frame that moves at 38 millimetres a second and is quiet enough not to interrupt a call. The controller stores four heights and sits flush under the front edge.

Cables run through a hinged steel tray along the back and down a fabric sleeve on one leg, so nothing is pulled when the desk rises. The frame is rated for 120 kilos, which covers two screens, a dock and leaning on it. The top can be sanded and re-oiled when the first decade is over.

Dockan Desk comes in Oak, White Laminate and Black.

Made to be kept

Solid wood and honest joinery. Aino makes chairs, sofas and tables to be used for decades.

Nothing here is built to be replaced. The frame is made to last, and the parts that wear can be looked after instead of thrown away.

Buy one good thing instead of three cheap ones, and keep it.
