Description

Midsommarkransen is a pedestal desk with a 160 by 75 centimetre oak top carried by a three-drawer cabinet on one side and a single steel leg on the other. The cabinet has a pencil drawer, a deep drawer for files hung sideways and one in between, all on steel runners that pull out fully. The cabinet can be fitted on the left or the right when the desk is ordered.

The top is 30 millimetres thick with a radius on the front edge, and a slot behind the cabinet routes cables down into a tray inside it, so the power strip lives out of sight. The height is 74 centimetres. It is a desk for a dedicated room, meant to be the one piece that does not move when the rest of the house does.

Midsommarkransen Desk comes in Oak, Smoked Oak and Black.

Nothing here is built to be replaced. The frame is made to last, and the parts that wear can be looked after instead of thrown away.
