Björkö Coffee Table

The Björkö is a round coffee table of 80 centimetres with a 20 millimetre top and an edge rounded to a full radius. It stands on three legs, splayed and set in from the rim, which means it never rocks on an uneven floor and can be pushed up to a sofa from any side. At 42 centimetres it meets most sofa seats level.

Eklund Möbler made the Björkö as the small table that goes everywhere in a home: beside a sofa, between two armchairs, next to a bed. It weighs under eight kilos and is lifted with one hand, and the solid top takes decades of cups.
