1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases made on this website (the "Site"). By placing an order, browsing or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Site.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your cart. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and we may refuse or cancel an order at any time — for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. A contract of sale is only formed once we confirm the order by email. Order confirmations are sent to the email address you provide, so please make sure it is correct.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency of your store and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at checkout; we do not store your full card details. Your payment method is charged once the order is placed, or, for some methods, once it ships.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, and any delivery times shown at checkout or on the product page are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery dates may be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays or customs. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once they are delivered to the address you provided; ownership passes once payment has been received in full.

5. Returns and Refunds

You may return most items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund, provided they are unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging with any labels attached. To start a return, contact our customer service with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within a reasonable time. Certain products — such as made-to-order, personalised or hygiene-sealed items that have been opened — may be excluded from returns; any such exclusions are noted on the product page. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

6. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable, which covers manufacturing defects for the period stated on the product page. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to a repair, replacement or refund for goods that are faulty or not as described.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or the Site, such as loss of income or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to in your own country of residence.
