Märsta Chair

The Märsta Chair is a kitchen chair in solid birch with four flat back slats set into a curved top rail and a thick plank seat with the front edge rounded off. Nothing about it is decorative. The legs are straight, joined by stretchers on three sides, and the whole frame is glued and pegged so it can be knocked back together if it ever works loose.

Havsbris make it as the chair you have four of by the kitchen table and one more by the phone. It is light enough to carry in one hand, stands up to being tipped back on two legs, and the birch takes paint well if you ever want to change it. Most people never do.

Märsta Chair comes in Birch.
