Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Sweden usually takes 2–5 business days; other European countries typically 3–10 business days, depending on destination and courier.

Larger furniture is shipped by freight and delivered to your door or, where booked, into the room of your choice. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size and destination, and shown before you pay.

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Contact us first so we can arrange collection or send you a return label, depending on the item.

Freight items are collected from your door; smaller pieces can be sent back by post. A refund is issued once the item has arrived and been checked, usually within a few business days.

A piece damaged in transit is replaced or repaired at no cost. Get in touch with photos and your order number and we'll sort it out.
